1. Introduction

Welcome to Rawezh Caviar. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before purchasing. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, protect both parties, and maintain the highest level of quality and service.

2. Product Quality

We take great pride in offering the finest Iranian Beluga and premium caviar products. Each tin is packed, sealed, and stored under strict temperature and hygiene standards to preserve freshness and taste.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All shipments are handled by trusted third-party logistics and courier companies.

  • Responsibility for the product’s condition during transit lies with the shipping company. We ensure your order leaves our facility in perfect condition, packed with adequate cooling and insulation.

  • Delivery times vary based on location. Any delay, damage, or temperature issue caused during transportation is not the responsibility of Rawezh Caviar.

  • Customers are advised to inspect the parcel immediately upon receipt.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of caviar, returns are only accepted if the product tin remains fully sealed and the plomb (metal seal) is intact.

  • Once the plomb is broken or the tin is opened, the product cannot be returned or refunded for safety and quality reasons.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Storage & Handling

Once received, customers are responsible for proper storage of the caviar. It must be kept refrigerated between –2°C and +2°C at all times.
We are not responsible for product spoilage caused by improper storage or delayed opening.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and offers may change without prior notice.

7. Payment Terms

Payments must be completed before shipment. We accept major credit and debit cards, and bank transfers to our verified company account.
Orders are only processed once payment confirmation is received.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as name, address, or payment details) will only be used for order processing and customer service.
We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Rawezh Caviar is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by shipping delays, mishandling, or product misuse after delivery.
Our responsibility ends once the product is handed over to the courier in good and safe condition.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be handled under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
